Membership Options
All activities the Open Technology Foundation undertakes are for its members or affiliates and approved by members via the OTF Council.
There are many options for government, industry and research organisations to be involved with the OTF.
Membership Types
Foundation
This membership type is exclusively for government instrumentalities in Australia and New Zealand.
Primarily state governments or federal government departments fit into this membership type. Local governments can be foundation members but it is expected that due to scale constraints, a principal supporting or associate membership is more suitable.
A single membership will cover all staff in diverse agencies or sub departments of the jurisdiction.
Principal Supporting
This membership type is for private or public sector organisations. It is for organisations that want participate in the activities of the association which includes access to online platforms.
A single membership can cover multiple staff in the organisation.
Associate
This membership type is for individuals that want to participate in the activities of the association which includes access to online platforms.
A single membership covers the individual.
